Yesterday I went to join a party with my friends, the paty was held by chinese people, we celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival. In China ,this is very important festival for chinese people. For the Mid-Autumn Festival on the 15th day of the August, adults and children gather under the full moon with colourful lanterns and exchange gifts of moon cakes, fruit and wine.
In the party , I met some people from my hometown , It gave me a warm feeling when I talked with them. Most of people from China, but we are in different situation, some people are graduate students ,some are PhD students, they are all study in U of C , I can hardly find someone younger than me . Every one should introduce yourself ,if you have some talents you can show it on the paty. While they were begining to introduce themselvs, I was going away. because I didn't want to introduce myself.
Escaping the party to the Olympic Oval . I want to try something new in this evening.Yep,skating, I like skate very much , when I was 7 years old I can skate.I have two pairs of skate shoes in my home. Skating can release your stress , I was very proud of skating in the Olympic Oval , this is world-class skating rink . China's national team training here all year round . I skated a little and felt tired ,perhaps I did not exercise a long time.After 1 hour I came back to home.
This is an unusual night.
Nice day coming. I want to to go to university of Calgary , but now I want to pass all Eap Programe qiuckly ,thus I can go to unviversity as soon as possible.
In Calgary , I want to make a lot of friends and anticipate all kinds of activities in my spare time. when I was a senior student I fell in love with surfing the internet, I have liked refresh my bolg for 3 years. On the internet , I like watch movies and kinds of english TV show, these english TV shows is very exciting , especially American Idol and I love it.
Calgary's weather changed too quickly to adjust. but I liked summer in Calgary,because it was not hot instead of in China. I found something in there that was some peole are not afraid cold, in winter they also wore T-shirt. So strange
Every day is nice day .
