Look Around~

This weekend I went to Banff and Lake Louis. Unfortunately, the weather was not very good. Lake Louis was very beautiful and the lake was perfectly clear. I could see snow on the mountains. Around the lake surrounded by trees and trees reflection in the lake. Perfect picture shows in front of the screen.Town of Banff attracted me a lot. I like the small stores where sell souvenirs and cute gifts. There was a restaurant give me deep impress. Outside the restaurant I could see very strange car stop there. The top of the car had a huge hamburger, because that restaurant sold burger for people. The car is advertisement the burger restaurant. I think this is a good idea to attract customers come. Many people could notice that restaurant because of  extraordinary car. I also want to know how to make this huge hamburger.

Yoga~

      Have you ever heard of Yoga? Recently , there is a global yoga movement called "laghter yoga" .There are many different forms of  yoga .The most widely practiced form of yoga in the Western world Hatha Yoga, which uses specific postures and breathing exercise.
More and more women to shape the body through yoga. In the last few days , I also came into contact with yoga .Yoga not only play exercise role but also achieve weight loss. Because I found that when I came into Calgary my weight was increase fast. I thought it was relevant to eating. I should eat more vegetables and fruits rather than high calorie food.
I am just a beginner of yoga. In fact,I still feel a little difficult. Some action will fail to meet requirements.What's more,the next day the body will feel the pain.
Everything is difficult at the start. I am deeply convinced that I can do it well.

Busy Week!

      Just finished mid-term exam, I was very tired. This week was unusual  for me.Oct 12th was my birthday, but that day was writing exam, so...special for me! On Oct 10th my aunt bought me a cake to celebrate my birthday,she said you will have exam on 12th,we celebrate your birthday in advance. I was so surprised that she bought me a cake. It's also special cake that no butter on it. I have never eaten cake which is no butter. I have to say that the taste of cake was unique. At a very young age, you might light the candles on the your birhday cake, when you blowing out candles on your birthday cake, you should make a wish. No matter whether your dream will come true it is an expectation. Hope to have good luck in this year. I have not felt the joy of the birthday, because of the troubles also increased with you.
